9-Month Certification Journey

Embark on a comprehensive 9-month journey to become a certified Pilates instructor. This program covers all apparatus training from foundational to advanced techniques and blends teaching skills, observation, and real client sessions. 

Participants receive private lessons, bi-weekly mentorship meetings, & hands-on group classes, with options in-studio or virtually. Complete the program with certification and personalized mentorship to launch your career as a well-rounded Pilates instructor.

15-Week Mat Cohort

Build your confidence and deepen your Pilates practice through our 15-week Mat Cohort. Develop a strong foundation in Pilates principles, functional anatomy, movement techniques, and mindful movement through hands-on group classes, weekly pre-recorded sessions, and bi-weekly one-on-one coaching.

Available in-studio or virtually, this immersive program offers a flexible path to expand your knowledge, refine your practice, and move with greater strength, precision, and confidence.

15-Week Reformer Cohort

Elevate your Reformer skills in this 15-week cohort designed for professionals and innovators. Experience a dynamic mix of theory, strategy, and hands-on practice, including weekly pre-recorded classes and bi-weekly one-on-one sessions. 

Explore advanced techniques, cutting-edge tools, and change management. Available in-studio or virtually, this program is focused on advancing your practice.

15-Week Cadillac Cohort

Refine and master every Cadillac movement in this 15-week cohort designed to expand your expertise. Combine advanced techniques, progressive programming, and hands-on practice with expert guidance, including weekly pre-recorded classes and bi-weekly one-on-one sessions.

15-Week Barrel Mastery Cohort

Deepen your expertise with an intensive 15-week cohort focused on the Ladder Barrel, Small Barrel, and Spine Corrector. Designed for certified instructors, this program combines advanced techniques, progressive programming, and expert guidance, including weekly pre-recorded classes and bi-weekly one-on-one sessions.
